The HAB helps participants understand their personal preferences—why they may learn better through reading or listening, prefer working with their hands or at a computer, or need more physical movement throughout the day. We want our leaders to embrace how to be their best selves, and this assessment helps them realize who that is.
A recent participant had this to say about the HAB:
'I think that since that day {of receiving my results} I have 're-discovered' myself and instead of thinking that I am not enough, I feel more confident in who I am and how I can use my qualities to better myself throughout life.'"
The HAB debriefs continue to be named as one of the “most impactful” parts of our program. Reviewing results in the first session of our three-month course lays a foundation for deeper reflection on leadership and personal style—and it helps participants apply concepts they learn later. These conversations often spark insights that shift or fine tune career paths. Some discover they’re headed toward a role that may not be a natural fit. Others find affirmation that they’re exactly where they should be. Across the board, the HAB brings clarity to their future."
