"Interstates has been using the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) since the launch of our Excellence in Leadership (EIL) program. This assessment does an exceptional job of uncovering a person’s natural 'hardwiring' — helping leaders understand what they’re naturally good at (and not good at), and how to surround themselves with people who think and work differently. The result is stronger problem-solving, more efficient teamwork, and more innovative outcomes.

The HAB helps participants understand their personal preferences—why they may learn better through reading or listening, prefer working with their hands or at a computer, or need more physical movement throughout the day. We want our leaders to embrace how to be their best selves, and this assessment helps them realize who that is.

A recent participant had this to say about the HAB:

'I think that since that day {of receiving my results} I have 're-discovered' myself and instead of thinking that I am not enough, I feel more confident in who I am and how I can use my qualities to better myself throughout life.'"
